RenewSites collects the minimum personal data needed to answer enquiries and deliver projects. This page explains what that means in practice.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit through the audit or contact form: name, business name, website address, email and optional phone number.
• The message you write to us.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how pages on this site are used.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, and deliver work you have engaged us for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as required by tax and contract law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Processors we use

Hosting, email delivery and analytics are provided by third parties acting on our instructions under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Object to processing or request that it be restricted.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
