These terms cover use of renewsites.com. Project work is governed by the individual written agreement signed before work begins; where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

Use of this website

You may read, share and reference the content here. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, or use it to train systems that reproduce it.

Quotes and estimates

Figures shown in case studies describe results achieved for specific clients in specific conditions. They are evidence of what is possible, not a promise of what you will achieve. Every quote is valid for 30 days from issue.

Intellectual property in project work

On final payment, ownership of the deliverables produced for you — code, content and design files — transfers to you. We retain the right to describe the work publicly unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
